Though our name includes “Lake Tawakoni,” please note we are not located directly on the lake. However, we are just a short drive from the East Tawakoni Boat Ramp, Lake Tawakoni State Park, and many other local attractions. Our private stocked pond is available for fishing — and yes, you’re welcome to keep what you catch! We welcome guests who want to explore nature, enjoy the open land, or even celebrate special moments like weddings (with prior permission). We also offer use of a UTV on request at an extra cost.
